トレーニング中に聴く音楽は非常に重要な位置にポジションに位置しています。

以前は集中力を高め、トレーニングの質を高めるためにもヨガをオススメしましたが（筋トレに根性は必要ない？！筋トレ＋ヨガのすすめ）、別の方法として音楽を聴くという方法があります。

モチベーションをあげるために、その時その場所に適した自分の心地いい音楽を聴くことは科学でも証明されています。

これからは都度、筆者のオススメするトレーニング中の音楽もご紹介できたらと思います。

今回ご紹介するのはJimmy CliffのYou can get it if you really wantです。

言わずと知れたReggae界のレジェンドの名曲をリリック、和訳と共にご紹介します。
